I learned four things today: Napoleon Brandy gives me the worst hang-over possible; my stomach bile is green and tastes worse than ear wax and my favourite author - George MacDonald Fraser passed away today.If you've never read any of the Flashman books, make that the priority on your things-to-do-in-2008 list.
Hilarious, historically precise and rather naughty to boot; as well as laughing heartily at every word you can learn from them.
